Who controls your information

Connector Trackhub, 84 Hindhead Road, East Carlton, LE16 8HT, is the controller for personal information collected through this website and our business relationships.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, business contact details, organisation, enquiry content, correspondence, contract and billing details, and technical records needed to operate and secure the website. During client work, we process only the analytics data agreed in the engagement terms.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond and take pre-contract steps; client details to perform contracts and maintain records; limited technical information for security and site operation; and optional analytics only with consent. We may use business contact records for legitimate interests in managing professional relationships. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing and processors

Information may be shared with vetted hosting, email, accounting and professional-advice providers where needed. Providers act under contractual safeguards. We may disclose information where legally required. If a provider processes data outside the UK, we use an approved transfer mechanism.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally retained for 12 months. Contract and invoice records are generally retained for six years after the relationship ends. Project data is deleted or returned according to the engagement agreement. Security logs are kept only as long as operationally necessary.

Your rights
